We travelled with a group of senior doctors, senior colleagues, and college friends, all senior citizens, so comfort and care mattered a lot. Dr. Khurana and family made us feel truly at home, with personal, gracious hospitality and close attention to detail. Their staff were warm and dedicated as well. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views from the windows and balconies. The peaceful surroundings and striking sunsets made the setting feel magical. Meals were delicious, with plenty of variety and real care in the preparation. What began as a trip to Chail became a memorable reunion full of comfort and joy. Hotel Great Sunset is an elegant, tranquil place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, well-managed stay.

The tea could be better, especially when you’re up in the mountains and hoping for a perfect cup. Otherwise, we had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Sunset, Chail, with comfortable rooms, a beautiful view, and honestly amazing food. Roop ji and Rajender ji deserve special thanks. They were polite, helpful, and genuinely caring the whole time. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place for a trip to Chail, Himachal Pradesh.

The balcony is the best spot for a morning or evening cup of tea while taking in the natural beauty. The location is beautiful and the view from there is amazing. The staff are friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. Excellent food and fantastic weather too.

The sunset from the room was beautiful, and the hotel view was another highlight. Rooms were neat and clean, the food was the best part, and service was quick and commendable. Staff were polite and responsive.

A huge terrace gives you a great place to enjoy food or tea while looking out at the hills, and the sunset view was amazing. It’s a comfortable stay with really great food, and a good, reasonably priced place in Chail, Himachal Pradesh.
