The staff were cooperative and well behaved, and I had a nice stay overall. I was there for two days. The rooms were a decent size, nicely arranged, and reasonably clean, though the washrooms were only average and need attention. One bedside lamp was hanging and didn’t work. The restaurant and kitchen were average, as was the food.

The view is the only good part. The rooms weren’t properly clean, there was no water in the taps, and the lights were out, along with a lot of other problems. Some staff members were helpful, but cleanliness was very poor. They also don’t have their own cook.

There was no hot water, and the rooms smelled bad. Breakfast was plain bread with ketchup and unbaked pranthas 😂. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Very bad hotel, don’t stay there.

A good budget option for a family or friends’ trip, with billiards, pool, table tennis, carrom, and other games. The hospitality was great, the food was good, and the view of the dark pine trees was amazing. One of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommended.
