It was a waste of time trying to find it. Nobody around the Chalakudy junctions seemed to know this hotel, and although I’d heard there was a spa massage centre there, I couldn’t find one. There were no signboards or any sign of a spa anywhere near the hotel.
The food and service were both really bad. I go to this bar regularly, but once I was served chicken 65 that wasn’t properly cooked. The food seems to be only partly cooked every time, and I don’t know if it’s genuine food. At the AC bar, they need to train the staff to treat customers properly. The attitude was very rude when we questioned it. The Malayali waiter, whose name I don’t know, should be ashamed.
The hotel seems to put most of its attention into the bar and attached restaurant, which I didn’t try. As for the rooms, they’re satisfactory, but the furniture is old and makes a lot of noise. The balconies look more like cluttered storage spaces. Overall, the hotel is average.
The service from the AC bar service boy on 31/01/2026 was excellent. He was very friendly.
I paid for my Agoda booking, but when I got to the hotel they refused to provide a room, saying bookings made through Agoda weren’t available. I couldn’t get a refund either. How can this happen? Even after I arrived, Agoda still showed bookings open for this hotel.
