We were there for two days, and both the food and service were fabulous. The staff were very cooperative too. Keep it up!

Don’t be won over by the nice-looking setting. The geyser wasn’t working properly, so we had to bathe in cold water when it was 2 degrees. Food choices were poor too, we ended up eating patta gobi and aloo matter during the trip.

We arrived with a booking made through make my trip, but the hotel refused to honor it. They said the owner had changed, they no longer accepted bookings from make my trip, and they didn’t have the room we’d reserved. In the snow and rain, my family and I had to leave and find somewhere else. A few hours later, when make my trip got in touch, the hotel claimed we hadn’t even visited. I think Make my trip and other sites should blacklist this hotel. Once a liar, always a liar.
