Getting transport can be tricky at some hours, even though the location is convenient. The staff were polite and did their best to help, and the rooms were reasonably clean with basic amenities, enough for a short stay. Some rooms feel dated and parts of the property need better upkeep. The food was okay, nothing special, but fine if you don't want to go out. For the price it's decent, though maintenance and consistency of service could improve.

I stayed four nights. Some rooms are good, but a few bathrooms have no window or air circulation, which made staying in those rooms a very bad experience. The food and staff behavior were good. The hotel is beside the main road, near the NJP taxi stand, and about half a kilometer from MG Marg. Overall, I had a good experience.

The food was tasty, with veg pokora and tea for snacks; luchi, sabji, suji halwa, or bread, butter, and omelette for breakfast; rice, dal, aloo posto, beguni, fish curry, chutney, and papad; plus roti with chicken or mutton curry. The hotel on chungthung road , deorali , GANGTOK was clean and hygiene was properly maintained. Rooms were clean and well decorated, with wooden finished floors and geysers in each bathroom. Staff behavior was pretty good, and room service was very good.
