The location at Subhash Chowk is a real plus, around a kilometer from Gandhi Chowk and the Mall Road. It’s easy to walk down, enjoy the lively evenings at Mall Road, then stroll back. Our stay at Hotel New Palace was comfortable and pleasant, with great hospitality, delicious food, lovely views, and a convenient location. Staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help from our first day. Everything we ordered was yum, and the restaurant’s stunning views made meals even nicer. We also had a beautiful view from the room, so I’d recommend choosing a balcony room like we did. Ramesh deserves a special thanks for always helping with what we needed. His quick support and hospitality added a personal touch to the stay.

We stayed for two days and had a very good experience. The rooms and the whole hotel were clean, with a beautiful view. The staff were understanding, and the food and service were very good. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with lots of choices for both.

The food was hot and really tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a nice two-day stay. The rooms could have been cleaner, though.

Ramesh Kumar was among the friendly, excellent staff who made the service stand out. Our room was clean and well cared for, and there was plenty of delicious food to choose from. The location and facilities worked perfectly for us. We had a great, comfortable stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at Travel Nest holidays for two nights with our group and were all very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was especially tasty, and Pankaj, Sahil, Ramesh, and Bhuri Singh were all so polite. Very good service, would recommend it.
