The managerial staff were completely mannerless, even though the hotel staff themselves were quite respectful. They don't seem professional beyond their appearance, and I felt they judged people by how they look. It was a total waste of time and a really bad experience, with no respect for people. Even the 5 star property marriott doesn't behave like this, yet this small 3 star property has such a high attitude.

I was there for a court hearing and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were disciplined and trained, including the cook, waiter, receptionist, manager, and coordinator. I'd recommend the place to anyone visiting Bilaspur. Regards.

I stayed in # 211, and the room standard and amenities were awesome. The food was delicious and up to mark, and the friendly staff gave excellent support and service throughout. It seems like a great choice for couples or families wanting comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. Best of luck.

The Mini Suite was perfect for our anniversary, and the Red Diamond team made the evening unforgettable by arranging a complimentary candlelight dinner. The ambience was amazing, the food was delicious and top quality, and every little detail felt taken care of. The staff were exceptionally polite, calm, and respectful. They responded quickly and thoughtfully even when there was a small inconvenience. One of my best experiences, and I'll cherish the memories. Don't hesitate to book.
