The open area is very large and suitable for banquets and big gatherings. Security doesn’t allow parking anywhere near the venue, which can inconvenience guests. The restrooms are poorly maintained and not clean, along with other maintenance shortcomings.

Aquatica offers a fun day out, especially for groups and families. The greenery and resort facilities make it feel like a getaway, and there are attractions for different moods, from the fast Black Hole and Cyclone rides to the Wave Pool. Kids have their own zones, and the Niagara Falls area is scenic and enjoyable for younger children. The water is generally good, but changing rooms and lockers can get crowded and need more consistent upkeep and modern updates. Weekdays are a better time to go if you want to avoid weekend crowds and long slide queues. Bring your own nylon swimwear to skip rental fees. It’s good value and one of West Bengal’s better spots for a group outing.

It was my first time at a waterpark, and I had a lot of fun. But my friend and I injured our feet on broken tiles underwater, so I question the safety. Someone could also hit a broken tile after coming down a high-speed slide. I’d avoid the place because of the injury risk.

The park has energetic staff, photo-friendly decor, and space for parties. Pools like the Wave Pool, Cyclone, and Black Hole were clean and well maintained, and the rides are exciting. There are lockers, costumes, DJ vibes, decent food, changing rooms, and event spaces, with 17 acres of greenery for photos. It’s near Rajarhat, though public transport is limited.
