The rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to have dinner after a day roaming around the city. Sitting on the open terrace with the mountain view made all my tiredness disappear. The views, peace, and atmosphere here are surreal, with mountains visible from the balcony too. We came to Dalhousie with friends for a relaxing staycation amid all the chaos, and this hotel is about 4-5 km above the Banikhet bus stand. There are AC rooms, rooftop and indoor restaurants, a spa, banquet hall, and conference hall. The food gets 4.5/5: lots of choice, including Chinese and North Indian, plus buffet breakfast and dinner and room orders. Cleanliness gets 5/5. The rooms and washrooms were tidy, with tissue paper, handwash, hair dryer, dental and shaving kits, and towels. Staff get 5/5 too. They were well-behaved, cooperative, listened to our needs, and dealt with them immediately. Ambience: 10/5.
