Their buffet really impressed me, especially the breakfast poha, which was cooked just the way I like it. As a Maharashtrian, I often can't find authentic poha or idli when traveling in North India, but the dishes here were done to perfection. The rajma had an authentic Himachali taste, cooked in the usual curd based gravy. The hotel has a dormitory for drivers, so our driver had a comfortable place to stay as well. The rooms offer great valley views from every balcony, and the hotel offers a luxury stay at good prices. We'd heard a lot about their top notch service, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The manager, every single staff member, and everyone there were so kind-hearted. I really loved the room service and the view, too. I absolutely recommend your property to everyone I know.

I booked a room for four, but the staff treated me very badly and didn’t seem to know how to treat people. Then I was stuck in the parking lot for about an hour and a half before I could get my car out. Management really needs to make an important decision about this.

The room views and the service from the staff were outstanding. It’s the best hotel in Dalhousie, in my opinion, and I’d recommend it without hesitation. Go ahead and book it.

The lounge area was wow, and I loved the place. The food was delicious too. Rooms are spacious, with amazing balcony views, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. It’s very affordable for the high level of service.
