We stayed at Hotel Kayanat on an educational trip to Dalhousie. The rooms were decent, the location was good, and the stay and food were satisfactory. But it was around 3°C, and the hotel charged ₹400 extra per night for a heater. In that kind of cold, heating should ideally be part of the basic room tariff. Toiletries and towels were also missing at first, and we had to ask for them. The stay was average overall. They could improve by including essential winter facilities and providing basic room amenities without guests having to request them.

The rooftop gives you a mesmerizing panoramic view of the mountains, a lovely place to relax and enjoy Dalhousie. Our rooms were clean and comfortable too. The food was excellent, service outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome and at ease. A special thanks to Manager Mr. Sadiq Pathan, a gem of a person who was always ready to help with a smile and made sure guests were well looked after. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalhousie.

The food was the best we had in all of Himachal, and everything else was top notch too. The property has a great location and amenities. Staff were courteous, responsive, and responsible. We were very happy with the experience and look forward to visiting again.

The food was AMAZING, and the view from our room and the terrace was mesmerizing. The staff were friendly and hospitable. We had a really good trip and enjoyed our stay at kayanat. Every moment felt worth every penny.

The restaurant serves tasty food with an awesome view. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, and there's lift access. Staff were courteous and gave great hospitality. It's very close to Gandhi Chowk. We had a good experience overall.
