I checked with the hotel a week before my stay and called again the day before I arrived. Both times they assured me they had reserved a room. I even offered to pay ahead, but they said I could settle it when I got there. Then I arrived early in the morning as planned and the manager said there was no room. He was also very rude. We were left really stressed so early in the day, and the whole thing felt unprofessional and disappointing.

The room service was very good. Mr. Naidu looked after everything on time, and the service experience was excellent.

The rooms are decent and the staff were helpful. It’s a decent hotel, easy to reach since it’s right on the road, and there’s ample parking nearby.

I keep coming back to Rejoice Venture in Gurgaon, and this stay was delightful. It felt like a home away from home, with a welcoming atmosphere and well-kept facilities. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was especially helpful throughout my visit. Thanks for making it memorable. See you soon ☕ I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Gurgaon.

The owner lets guests order through swiggy/Zomato, which helps since the restaurant has limited food choices. The room is nice for a very reasonable price, and almost all services are available.
