Very bad experience. I booked and paid for a room for 9 May, but they said it wasn’t booked. We waited outside for 20 minutes, then they gave us a different room from the one I reserved. That room was very bad and dirty, with everything in it unclean. Don’t go there, you’ll waste your money.

The room had a beautiful view, and the hotel staff provided great service.

It feels more like a lodge than a resort. The room quality was very poor. Look for another hotel nearby.

We came from the UK and stayed for 2 nights. The food was the highlight, absolutely 5 star. We ate at the hotel both nights, and the meals were freshly cooked and brought to our rooms very quickly. The rooms were large and comfortable, with big beds and fantastic mountain views. It’s a lovely location and was a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend Surya Resort for a relaxing, revitalising stay :)

The food was average, and the old furniture and a problem with the lock, which hadn’t been fixed before we checked in, showed the age of the hotel. We had a quite large room for our family, but it was in the basement, so there was no view to enjoy.
