OYO 14560 Hotel Diamond Inn

This is about my booking at Hotel Daimond Inn Dalhousie through Go Ibibo. I can't post the details of this terrible experience there for some reason. Booking I'd HTLTMP9PPQ. I paid Go Ibibo in full, but when we arrived in Dalhousie at 9:30 Pm in the cold, the Property Manager wouldn't let me check in because Go Ibibo hadn't paid the hotel. I had my family with me, and their safety was at risk, so I ended up paying the hotel again. Go Ibibo, refund what you took. That still doesn't resolve the trouble and risk we went through. Keep your apology to yourself. I'm going to sue you so you can't cheat people like us, travelling 1000 km into unfamiliar territory. The hotel staff were only two boys, around 17-18 years old, and both were drunk. They couldn't cook or even hold a glass of water. It was late, my kid was hungry, so I went into the kitchen and cooked Dal rice myself. My TT driver helped me. This was a serious safety issue.
