The rooms started smelling, so we left early. Check-in had already taken more than two hours even though we arrived at 7 pm and had called the hotel and FabHotel twice to have the room ready. The rooms were far too dirty, there were no towels, and the Wi-Fi only worked near reception. The TV was there but hadn't been recharged, and asking several times got us nowhere. We also paid for breakfast and weren't served any. There was no response to our requests at all. I don't understand how the FabHotel app shows a 4.9 rating. It seems like there may be a problem with the ratings.

The road to the hotel is terrible for nearly 1 km, and the location is remote, so I wouldn't recommend traveling there after evening. Rainwater dripped into the room, and the bathroom had a pungent smell. The pillow and mattress covers looked used, and there was no towel, bathroom kit, water bottle, TV, or mat. There was no hospitalisation. Check-in took a long time, and there was no responsible caretaker. Booking a deluxe room with breakfast seemed pointless. If you go there and take a room directly, it is cheap.
