The food was delicious and very cheap, and the room view was excellent. Staff were friendly, and they play music at night in the open air restaurant. It’s a peaceful place away from main Dalhousie, which I really liked. Just know there’s no lift, the approach to reception is steep, and the road isn’t well built. You can also get in from the parking area.

You’ll get lovely scenery outside, and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are courteous too. Food choices are limited, but what they do have is decent. It’s a brilliant place to stay, about 4km in from the Dalhousie market.

The views are superb, honestly unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere, and Alok the general manager helped us get a nice room. That mattered to my family and made the trip memorable. The staff aren’t as polished as at the big names, but they are helpful and trying their best for guests. It’s a bed and breakfast with huge potential thanks to its location, views, and staff. Kitchen hygiene needs work, though: the floor is often dirty and sticky.

The balcony views were really great, and for a budget hotel it was good. I booked two suite rooms through the OYO app at the last minute for a family vacation. As OYO promised, each suite had three beds, two single and one Queen, and was spacious, with clean bathrooms, linen, a geyser, and a private balcony. The staff were helpful, but room service was lazy. There’s no Wi-fi, and breakfast was minimal with average taste, while the North Indian dinner we ordered was good. It’s remote in Panchpulla, with bad roads leading in, and the location might feel unsafe to some.
