The service really let down the stay at Stylia Suites. Staff seemed disorganized, requests took ages, room service was slow, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Such a shame, because with better attention to service, this could be a truly exceptional hotel. The view from my room was stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the Dhauladhar mountains. The location is clearly the hotel’s strongest point. My recommendation is to improve service standards to match those views and the hotel’s potential.

The booking went smoothly, and our package included breakfast and a heater. Food was good, and the staff were cooperative. We got a nice view, and the large rooms worked well for a family stay. I had an awesome time at the hotel.

The balcony view was beautiful and soothing, the food was tasty, and parking was available. The team at Stylia Suites was polite and helpful, especially Mrs.Anita, Mr.Ajay, Mr. Vijay, and Mr.Nikhil. Everything went well from check-in through check-out. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you, team Stylia Suites.

There were a variety of fun activities to enjoy, and the hotel is at the foothills of Dalhousie, so you can enjoy the hills too. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the staff were caring. We enjoyed our stay and had a very good experience.

The rooms had serene views, and the staff took great care of us, especially the manager. It’s a great property in a secluded area near Subhash chowk, Dalhousie. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a great stay.
