The rooms and property are good and clean, but the staff’s rude, unprofessional behavior spoiled the experience. I called room service on number 20 to order chicken biryani. Having travelled all over India, I’m used to biryani being served with complimentary raita, but the staff replied rudely that they don’t give raita and wouldn’t provide it. They also didn’t handle guests well, and the call wasn’t even picked up properly. I hope management trains the staff so future guests don’t have the same unpleasant experience.

The rooftop relaxation area was a lovely place to watch both sunset and sunrise with loved ones, and the hotel has a great view of Chamba Valley. Mr. Manoj at the front desk is a gem, always ready to help, and everyone from the restaurant to housekeeping was helpful with whatever we needed. The food was amazing, especially the live Dosa and noodles counters at dinner. A memorable stay.

The mountain view was great, and the rooms felt modern and had what we needed. Showers were warm and the toilet facilities were good. Room service and food were excellent. The hotel is downhill from the main city, so getting there meant a bit of a drive in the middle of the night.

We stopped here for tea and snacks on the way to Chamba. The location is great, with parking available and a really nice hotel view. Food was prepared well and tasted delicious, and the washrooms were clean. Service was great too.

The rooms and service were excellent for an affordable price. The only thing was the location didn’t feel good, since there wasn’t any accessibility near the hotel.
