The toilet was in terrible shape, with long hairs scattered on the floor, and they provided neither toiletries nor bath towels. The room was completely unclean and hadn’t been maintained before we checked in. Extremely disappointing. If you want a clean, well-maintained room, avoid this hotel.

I'm a victim. This OYO villa has police raids all the time, so be careful. They call people directly and compel them to open the door. They give customers’ details to police officers, who photographed everybody’s details from the register book.

I had a good experience overall. The staff were friendly and well behaved, and the room and bathroom were neat. The floor was a little sticky.

The room wasn’t clean and had a bad atmosphere. There was an ant on the bed, and the room smelled bad. Don’t pay the full amount.

The service was fine, but the rooms weren't good.
