The Maithani family were wonderful hosts, and the food felt homemade. We had incredible views of the Chowkhamba Himalayan range and a real sense of Uttarakhand’s natural beauty. The place sits right in nature and costs less than other camps or hotels. We had a great holiday stay here, and I’d say it’s a gem worth experiencing.

Mithani Ji made us feel welcome and was a very gracious host. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. With pretty mountain scenery around this quiet little spot, it made a lovely getaway for family or friends.

Khaltaal Camp and Resort was a great place to get away. The resort was lovely, and the food was so good it went beyond what I expected. The host was very friendly too, which made the stay even nicer. I’d happily recommend Khaltaal Camp and Resort.

The local food was a real highlight, especially the authentic organic dishes. We also loved the sweeping views and had a fantastic family stay at Khaltaal Resort. It’s a great choice for families after a memorable break with lovely scenery. Must visit.

The owner and staff made sure we had a memorable stay, and the home-cooked food was especially nice, with meals available on request. It’s a simple room setup but has all the facilities. The hilltop setting is green and cozy, and the sunset view is wonderful.
