Checking in to Hotel Grand vista was a big mistake for me. The room had a bad smell, dirty sheets, and an AC that didn't work. When I raised it, the receptionist sent me to customer care and said this was the only room available. The stairs were covered in water, and the place felt unhygienic with no facilities. I booked online the day before and had a terrible stay.

The room was shabby, with a broken toilet seat and taps and AC that leaked. There were no towels or even water. At reception, the staff spent their time on their phones or lying on the couch, and came across as totally unprofessional. I'm surprised this is an Oyo room. It makes me wary of Oyo rooms altogether, since there's no quality supervision or consistent standard. We wasted our money and time, and wouldn't go back.

Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff treated us really well. I had a fantastic night at Hotel Grand Vista, Zirakpur. The room was excellent. Highly recommended!

Really bad experience. The room was filthy, and even after I asked for it to be cleaned, it still wasn't. The receptionist didn't seem to care. I asked to switch rooms, but the other one was dirty too, and the bedsheet hadn't even been changed.

The staff were excellent and cooperative, and the hotel manager was a big help. Oyo Grand Vista felt like a home environment to me. It's a budget hotel with good service, so I'd recommend it to travellers planning to stay in zirkpur.
