The staff had no manners when speaking to us, and the girl at reception didn't know how to talk to customers. The bathroom was very dirty and the room wasn't good at all. This is the worst hotel in Chandigarh.

We left after just 4 hrs and weren't even offered a refund. The room was unclean, with unwashed sheets, and the quality was nowhere near the high price. Nothing shown on the website was available: there were no kitchen facilities, the fridge and geyser didn't work, and they refused even a mosquito repellent refill. It seemed meant for couples on an hourly basis, so I wouldn't suggest it for a decent family stay.

The only reason I stayed was the location. There were stains on the sheets, webs in every corner, odd lighting, and dirty bathrooms. The rooms are very dirty and not worth the money.

The owner was honest. We left our gold ring in the room, called them 4 hours later, and they returned it without a problem. The stay itself was very bad. Reception service was poor, and even the deluxe and premium rooms were very dirty. Maintenance work at 12.30 at night made a lot of noise, and the staff were rude when I asked them to stop. They charged us for breakfast, but none was available until 8 am. The bedsheets were poor quality, the bathroom handle was broken, and there was no electric kettle in the room. At checkout, when we asked for a bill, they said they'd send it on WhatsApp or email and didn't give us a hard copy on the spot. There wasn't even a security guard. They charged 2200 rupees for a stay that felt worth 1000 rupees.
