During the night, a major leak from the bathroom flooded the whole room, the bathroom, and the corridor outside. Some of my important electronics, including my laptop, were damaged. No one from the hotel has apologised, and I haven't received an apology letter either. I had paid the full room charge in advance at check-in, and the hotel owed me some money back. They said they'd return it at checkout, then told me they'd send it online instead. It's been about a week and I still haven't received the refund. I had booked for one night, and because my bus was at 2:00 AM, staff promised to drop me at the bus station. They didn't provide the promised ride at checkout. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The manager was the worst part: arrogant, rude, and dismissive when I raised genuine concerns. He kept saying everything was “fine” and made it seem like the customer was at fault, with no accountability or willingness to listen. The room was unhygienic too, with stains on the mattress and pillow covers, a dirty blanket, dust and black dirt in the corners, and poorly kept surroundings. They claim to meet OYO hygiene standards, but what I found was completely different. Even the fan didn't work, and basic facilities were not functioning. This was one of my worst hotel stays. The place is unprofessional and disrespectful, and I advise travelers to avoid it. I don't know how it got a 4.5 rating. I think it's mostly paid advertising.

Hotel Hari Residency has a homely feel and the basic amenities you need for an easy stay. The staff are courteous and ready to help, which made the visit more enjoyable. A comfortable, pleasant place to stay.

The hotel staff said they'd send my bill on WhatsApp, but I still haven't received it. The contact numbers they gave me are either incorrect or unreachable. I checked out this morning after staying here today, and this is very unprofessional. Please send my bill immediately.

A good budget hotel, with clean, well-maintained rooms. The staff are kind and really helpful. It's a great place to stay.
