We only came to Chandigarh for a night, but enjoyed the city and the hotel's hospitality. Lunch on the rooftop was lovely, especially the custom chicken dish the chef made for us. The manager was humble and helpful, and suggested some delicious food. The staff were cooperative, and Mr. Kalra made our stay more memorable. We'll visit again.

The manager's sarcastic, rude response when I asked for an extra quilt because of the cold made a bad stay worse. My bedsheets were visibly dirty, which felt unhygienic and unacceptable. With both cleanliness and management's attitude needing serious improvement, I wouldn't recommend Jullundar Hotel.

The service was far below an acceptable level, with delayed check-in and unprofessional behavior. Staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in fixing problems. My room was poorly maintained too, with dirty linens, bad odors, broken amenities, and basic hygiene seemingly ignored. For what I paid, the value was completely unacceptable. One of my worst hotel stays, and I can't recommend it unless major improvements happen soon.

The room wasn't up to the mark for the price, and its cleanliness, upkeep, and facilities all fell short. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made things more disappointing. I was also charged twice the market price for a packet of milk bought for my child. That's unacceptable.

The location, right by the market, was very good. I stayed with family, and we especially liked the bullets and Kali mirch tikka. The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
