Breakfast was the one part of the visit that could have gone better. The food was good, but service was slow, with long waits for items to be replenished and for staff to help guests. It made the morning feel rushed and less relaxing than I'd hoped. The rest of the stay was pleasant: the room was clean, maintained well, and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. I'd consider coming back, and hope breakfast service becomes more efficient.

The room was peaceful and welcoming, and the food was excellent in both quality and hygiene. Staff were quick with service, polite, professional, and ready to help. Ms Jaspreet and the service guy were especially good. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone after a pleasant, comfortable visit. Looking forward to coming back!

The food was good, and the service was great too. The room itself was disappointing because it felt cramped. After a shower, water collected like a pond in the bathroom, with no drain outside the shower area.

I've stayed here twice, once in a Supreme/Deluxe room and once in a basic room, both without breakfast. The rooms were nice and extremely clean, and even the washrooms passed my picky cleanliness standards. Staff were polite, and the hotel is in the main part of the city with the market nearby. I didn't eat at the restaurant since affordable places are close by and food delivery is an option. It felt a bit overpriced, but I had a good experience.

The staff at Glades Hotel were the best part of our pleasant stay. Everyone was attentive and treated guests well. The room and food were excellent too. Thanks again to the team at Glades for such lovely service. I'd highly recommend the hotel.
