Goroomgo City Palace Chandigarh

We had a confirmed booking but were denied entry. The owner seemed intoxicated and out of control, and we were met with rude, abusive language instead of basic hospitality. It felt unsafe and deeply disrespectful. No guest should have to deal with behavior like that. Avoid this place.

The place felt gloomy, cramped, and really unpleasant. I don't understand the one-star reviews, let alone anything higher. Half the photos seem fake, and you can easily hear what's happening in the other rooms and around you. This feels more like a brothel than a hotel. Nobody should stay here.

There was no cleaning. The toilet seat was broken and the tap was loose. The sheets and pillowcase were used, and there was hair on the bed.

The location is a little tucked away, but once inside, I didn't have anything to worry about. I stayed here with friends for a business meeting and had a good experience. The rooms are all air conditioned, a bit small, clean, and well maintained. The food was tasty, and the staff were helpful, polite, and respectful. There's parking space, too. I'd recommend it if you want good facilities at an average price. The top three hotels are definitely great.
