We felt safe and genuinely cared for throughout our stay at Sarovar Portico Jalandhar, from reception right through to security. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the whole team made us feel like family. We stayed from 10th -31st March 2026, and the staff consistently remembered what we liked at breakfast, from the chefs to the waitstaff. The food each morning was delicious, and it was lovely to be greeted with smiles. The team also sorted out taxis, money exchange, and meals prepared to suit our preferences, all without fuss. Abid, the housekeeping manager, did so much every day to keep us comfortable, and Kajol was especially attentive and proactive at breakfast. Thanks to the General Manager and the whole team for maintaining such high standards. It was a memorable visit, and we look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed Chef Mohan’s food during our three days there, and Rohit was quick to check in and arrange different cuisines for breakfast and dinner. The pool-view room felt especially refreshing, and both the room and hotel had a lovely ambience. Breakfast had a thoughtful selection of healthy items, including fenugreek water, coriander water, neem leaves water, and plenty of salads. We were there with our family, and the hospitality made the stay comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast was a good part of the stay, with fresh choices and a decent range. The food was nice, though the overall experience with it was a little inconsistent. JASPREET made breakfast feel wonderful, and I’d recommend trying it if you visit. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept. Sunaina and Sandeep did a particularly thorough job with the cleaning today, leaving everything spotless, fresh, and organized. They were polite and professional and noticed the details. Abid also kept the room neat and fresh. The staff were responsive, helpful, and polite, which really stood out.

The spacious room and tidy, well-maintained pool made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is right by the highway, so getting there was easy, and valet parking was handy. Food quality was excellent, and the service was a real highlight. Lisa and Kajal were very helpful and hospitable throughout our visit. Ramanpreet at reception also gave us a warm, professional welcome.
