The room was dusty and smelled bad, like smoke and weed, with cockroaches, lizards, and flies inside. The toilets leaked, the AC was poor, the fan didn't work, and the sheets were old while the towels seemed unwashed. Some switches were broken and gave off current, which felt dangerous. Staff were very rude and seemed drunk. The location was bad too. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and not wasting your money.

The area felt very nice and safe, and the rooms were clean and good for the price. I visited on 1 March 2024 and had a really great experience overall. The staff were supportive too.

The rooms are clean, but the bedsheets and blankets were very dirty and didn't seem to get cleaned. Service was just okay, and they charged ₹60 for a dahi packet with an MRP of only ₹22, which felt like a scam. The hotel's location is very good. I'd only try it if you can get a deluxe room for ₹1000; otherwise it isn't worth paying more.

The only real plus for me was how close it was to the government company where I had a two-day training. The place felt almost haunted. The beds were partly broken and in poor shape, and the blankets, sheets, and cushions weren't clean or up to standard. The walls were dirty, yet the price was high. I could get a much better hotel for the same money, so I can't recommend staying here.

I visited in the last week of May 2024. The staff and Mr Manoj's team were disciplined, cooperative, and knew how to treat and deal with customers. Cleanliness was good too. An excellent hotel.
