We felt unsafe and couldn't sleep. People were shouting abuse, breaking things, and walking around the corridor after midnight. The rooms are basic and costly, and there were a lot of cheap elements and noisy people. A very bad experience.

The staff were very harassing and didn't know how to talk, even to a regular customer. A simple cup of tea cost 50rs, and the parking was small and full of slum boys playing. The air conditioning ran for only four or five hours at most. When I complained, the answer was, 'itne m itna hi milega'. The super duper TV didn't work properly either. If the screen came on, there was no cable or dish. When asked, they said there was a network problem that day, then asked, 'apne to koi button to nhi daba dia yahan se. pehle to chal raha tha.' At checkout I said the service was very poor and we wouldn't come again. The manager said, 'koi baat ni mat aanaa koi fark ni padta'. I wish I could give it a minus star or half a star.

No kitchen, but if you ask, they'll get food from nearby shops or restaurants. The rooms are very basic, with a TV, AC, fan, and table, and they provide a towel and soap. It's a two-star hotel, more of a touch-and-go kind of place.

A comfortable place to stay, with reasonable prices and a safe location.
