Hotel AB's 17

We arrived late at night, but there was a lot of disturbance from early morning. The hotel was noisy, and service was not good at all. Even after we told staff about the disturbance, they didn't help. They showed no concern or respect and repeatedly called us to check out by 10:50. A very bad experience. Staff even tried to write a review and give a rating themselves.

The food was nice and the location was good, but the rooms felt too cramped for me. Staff didn't seem very helpful either. When we asked for utensils to eat food we'd brought, they refused, saying they couldn't provide them unless we'd ordered.

I'm completely dissatisfied. The rooms weren't clean, the ACs didn't work well, and the lift was totally outdated. There was no cold water shower for summer. They charged 60 rupees for each room service, and charged for slippers and other things too. Worthless.

The rooms are good, but the staff were pathetic. I booked the wrong date and offered to modify or cancel, but got no cooperation, which I can understand to some extent. What I couldn't tolerate was the front desk guy accusing me of using something from the minibar. I asked him to check again and explained that my room didn't even have the product he said I'd consumed. Why would anyone try to steal a pack of biscuits after paying for an overpriced room? I asked for proof that the item had been in the minibar, along with the checklist made before I entered, but there was no such list. It seemed like a way to dupe guests.
