The toilet was filthy and smelled bad, so it was very uncomfortable to use. Its fittings didn't look properly cleaned either. The room was in poor shape, with dirty-looking bedsheets, dust everywhere, and unacceptable hygiene. I was extremely disappointed. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make major improvements to cleanliness and maintenance.

The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the cable connection was deactivated. The hotel is tucked into a very cramped street and hard to find. There’s no lift, and the stairs are quite high, so they’re unsuitable for senior citizens. There’s no kitchen, so booking breakfast feels like a waste of money. When I asked for it, after several calls and past 9:30 am, they brought tea and a Rs.5 biscuit, which I returned. The receptionist said staff would have to pay for breakfast out of their own salaries because the owner wasn’t concerned about providing the service. I booked through Travclan and gave them my feedback, but they haven't taken any action against the hotel.

I gave up and accepted the situation, then went to the bathroom, where more surprises were waiting. Before that, I had found mould on the pillows when I tried to take off the pillowcases. They had changed only the bottom sheet I pointed out, leaving the dirty duvet cover and pillowcases in place. At first, I was shown a room with visibly dirty bed linen. I told the staff member, who barely spoke English, and he took me to another room with the same problem. I tried to explain that the sheets needed changing regardless of which room I was in. A “knowledgable” manager came, ordered fresh bed linen, and apologised for the inconvenience. I said it didn't seem like too much to ask to sleep without seeing stains from the previous person's body fluids. I stepped onto the balcony to smoke while they fixed it, but when I returned, only the bottom sheet had been changed.

It smelled very bad, and basic cleanliness was missing. They didn't clean the rooms or washrooms at all. My stay with family was the worst experience of my life. Very, very dirty hotel. Nobody should book here.
