A good place for a family. The rooms were nice, the staff were very good, and room service was great too.

I booked two nights but had to leave the morning after the first night because of a personal emergency, before checkout time. When I asked for a refund for the unused night, management refused and said their policy didn’t allow it. In my view, you should pay only for the day you stay. This was the worst experience I’ve had with hotel management.

The price is very high, and the rooms aren’t well maintained. Sector 45 Burail is a better option for budget hotels: you can get a very good room for 1000 rs, or a king size room for 1500.

Had a nice stay. The rooms were good for the price, and the staff were really humble. Good value for money.

We had a family stay, and the service and food were good. Hygiene, though, could have been better.
