I was there for three days on an official business trip, and the hotel also hosted our conference. The booking was through my company, which was the only reason I didn’t leave straight away. Although it claims to be a 3-star property, the service and hospitality fell below even 2-star standards. The management was highly unprofessional. After a hotel error left my key card unusable, the Floor Manager behaved badly and asserted his authority instead of fixing it politely. I was also refused breakfast in my room, even though I was the conference’s lead speaker/trainer and needed the morning to prepare. The Floor Manager rudely insisted guests eat only at the buffet, and waitstaff said management had forbidden room delivery. A business hotel should understand that some flexibility is needed. I got through the three days, but I strongly discourage others from staying here, especially for business or professional travel.

Mr. Neeraj, the night man, made me feel at home and helped me figure out how to tour Chandigarh and book a cab. He also gave me the best room in the hotel, and I really liked the sweet room. The front desk team were friendly, professional, and well trained. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was healthy and tasty, and room service was very good too. I really appreciate the hospitality.

The hotel was comfortable and good value, and I’d consider staying again and recommending it. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the location gave easy access to attractions and transport. Staff were polite and helpful, while check-in and checkout were smooth. Wi-Fi, dining, and room service met expectations. Some facilities could be maintained a little better, and service could be quicker at busy times.

I arrived from Delhi at 4am and asked if they could give me a room. They were very cooperative and arranged a nice room with breakfast at a good price. It was a calm, pleasant stay with all the facilities. Mr. Satish at reception was especially nice and polite. I’d recommend it to everyone.
