We booked 12 rooms for a family wedding at [Grand Plaza hotel Kurali ], and the stay fell short of what I expected. The staff were cooperative, but the food kept arriving cold. The rooms were almost better than toilets and seemed to have cockroaches. The manager also seemed intoxicated. It was a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it. 😊

The food was very poor quality. The paneer lababdar and gulab jamun were especially low quality.

I booked two tables for my relatives, and the service was so poor I felt ashamed in front of them. They said their “slave” was absent that day, and didn’t seem to care how that made me feel. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve seen in my life. Please don’t visit, and especially don’t hold a function there. I’m asking everyone to stay away from Grrrraaaanduuuuu plaza.
