Hotel Palm House was a pleasant, peaceful place with a homely feel. It’s a clean, budget friendly choice, with well-kept rooms and polite, helpful staff. Wi-Fi, AC, clean bathrooms, and 24/7 room service were all available. Markets and eateries are nearby, and the stay could suit solo travellers, families, or a short business trip.

Palm House was very bad. The service wasn’t good, and the clothes and other items weren’t clean.

The property looks good and has parking, but the surroundings aren’t great. The road is small and very busy, so getting in and out is difficult, especially in the evening.

The rooms were very dirty, with spit all over, and the bathroom was useless. This is the worst hotel. It seems to be used only by couples for stays of 1-2 hours.

There were ants and spiders all over the room, which wasn’t properly clean. The electricity never came on during my stay, even though staff kept telling me it would be back in five minutes. They told me that about ten times. I was charged extra, there was no AC remote, and the TV recharge had expired. It was the worst experience.
