For what they charge, the hygiene was unacceptable. The room looked poorly kept from the moment I walked in, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. The facilities felt outdated and badly managed, and the experience didn't come close to matching the price. Service was disappointing too. Staff seemed uninterested and slow with even basic requests. I felt like we were bothering them whenever we asked for help instead of being welcomed. A hotel should make guests comfortable, but this did the opposite. It presents itself as a decent place, yet the reality was very different. I felt I paid premium money for somewhere very average and poorly managed. Management needs to improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and service quality. Until then, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Clean, spacious, well-kept rooms and efficient, consistent housekeeping made the stay comfortable, with everything in order and a pleasant ambiance. The staff were polite, professional, attentive, and always ready to help, so things felt hassle-free. A very satisfying stay, and I'd definitely recommend this place for its service and relaxing feel. Hope we meet again ❤!
