At Browse Restaurant, the team looked after our baby without us having to ask. They arranged suitable food and made sure things were comfortable for our family. Those thoughtful gestures really made us feel valued. The breakfast was a highlight, with attentive and considerate F&B service. The staff's kindness, professionalism, and care reflected Hyatt's high standards. The elegant atmosphere and warm hospitality lived up to what you'd expect from a five-star property. It was a memorable stay, and we'd recommend Hyatt Regency to families looking for a luxurious visit.

Himanshu Verma at the breakfast counter was especially welcoming and attentive, making sure guests were comfortable and helped. His polite, professional service made breakfast better for us. The staff overall seem well trained, and his effort really stood out. Highly recommended!

By the time we left, it felt like a home away from home. The service was personal and caring as well as efficient, and we'd return without hesitation. We're grateful for how kindly the team treated our family. We were there for just under two weeks with our one-year-old and two-year-old. The team made travelling with little kids easier from day one. They provided a full-size cot with a proper mattress, and every day fresh meals for the children were blended and ready when we came down. Staff helped promptly and warmly with luggage, prams, car seats, and particular food requests. Nothing seemed too much trouble. A big thank you to Chefs Sukh winder and Pramod, and to Ashi, arti, Anmol, Muskan, Simran, and the rest of the team. They looked after all our needs. The food had great quality and variety, and dishes we liked would turn up again without us asking. The restaurant choices were fantastic and everything felt thoughtfully made. I used the gym too. It isn't a full commercial gym, but it's much better equipped than the bare-bones hotel gyms you often find, with the weights and gear I needed for proper workouts. The pool and surrounding facilities were excellent and well maintained.

The rooms felt a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could use an update, especially the sliding doors between the shower cubicle and toilet. Housekeeping was attentive, and Rahul, Muskan Lemba, and Jot made us feel at home with personal notes and little towel figures. We stayed from 26/1/2026 to 29/1/2026. Breakfast and room service were good, and the food overall was really nice. Kavi, Nitish, Arti, and Simran in the breakfast team were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location beside Elante Mall was fantastic, about 15-20 minutes from sector 17. We'd highly recommend the hotel.
