The campfire they arranged was good. The rooms and bathrooms weren’t great, and neither was the food. The setting can be beautiful when water from the Bhootathankettu Reservoir rises and floods the surrounding area, depending on whether the shutters are down.

It feels safe, well maintained, and worth the money. There’s a nice playground, space for barbecues and other activities, and a water view in front, with hills all around. It’s away from the city, so the atmosphere is calm and quiet, a great place for a vacation. I gave it five stars, though a few things could be better: separate bins for food waste and plastic or bottles, some chairs in the outdoor area, and the bathroom taps.

I’ve been to many other places, but the privacy here is something special. It really feels like a home away from home, and it’s a lovely spot to relax with family and friends.
