The rooms are shabby, and there was constant noise outside that kept me from sleeping. I booked a room with breakfast but wasn't offered any. When I asked, they said it would be brought to my room, but nobody came. Then I was told I had to first tell them what I wanted. This was around 9AM, and I had work to get to, so I left without breakfast. When you complain, apparently you're supposed to blame yourself for booking a cheap stay. Really pathetic.

My night at Itsy Hotel GM Residency was among the most uncomfortable I've had. Although I booked a day ahead, I didn't get the room I'd reserved. The small room I was given was filthy, crawling with bugs and insects, and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Hygiene was awful. Then the power went out at night, with no backup or help. The whole experience was a nightmare, unprofessional, and disappointing. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. It wasn't worth the money or the loss of peace.

The staff don't seem to understand hospitality at all.

A reasonably priced place near ISBT, though it could be kept up better.

The room was the dirtiest I've seen, with stained sheets and a foul smell. The location was bad too, and there wasn't even parking. Staff behavior was rude and really poor. Worst experience, not recommended. I'd never visit again.
