OYO 70057 Pulp Resort Nayagaon

The food was tasty, beautifully presented, and felt homemade. I met Chef Manish, who's the best. The staff were humble, kind, and genuinely helpful, unlike the artificial behavior I've seen elsewhere. Pulp resort is affordable and suits me well. After staying at lots of resorts and hotels while traveling, I'd like to find facilities, staff, and food like this again. I'll return and recommend it to others. Thanks for the service.

The room phone didn't work when I felt unwell during the night and tried to call reception for painkillers. There was no reception number in the room either, so I called the toll-free number; they redirected me to the hotel, and I eventually got medicine. The room itself was damp-smelling, unclean, and poorly arranged. When we asked reception to move us, they said we could cancel or just adjust. It was 9 pm, so they knew cancellation wasn't really an option for us. There were no towels or soap in the washroom, and the blanket had a dirty stain. During Covid-19, they could at least have given us clean blankets and pillow covers. For this price, plenty of hotels would pay more attention to customer service. My ratings: hotel 2/5, customer service 1/5, customer behaviour 3/5, cleanliness 1/5.

The service, food, and location at Pulp Resort were all great. The food was tasty, fresh, and hygienic. Mr. Parth and Deepak bh are both great, hardworking people, and the resort staff are wonderful. I can't really find the words to describe the place. Whenever I go to Chandigarh, I'll stay at Pulp Resort. I'm a big fan.

The rooms are more than worth the price, and the hospitality and service quality made this the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My experience was wonderful. Special thanks to their manager, Mr Parth.
