For the price, this is a really good hotel in Chembur. The rooms are clean, the food is good, and the service was too. Breakfast is included and reasonable. The counter staff were great and tried to meet our requests. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Mumbai.

The staff were friendly and responsive, and we felt the property was safe for families. Its location is also convenient for public transport. There's a café downstairs with good South Indian food for all three meals. Breakfast included with the stay has very few choices and comes from that café, so we found it better to go down for the wider selection of fresh, hot food. You can also order directly and have it brought to your room. The property doesn't have its own kitchen, and its in-house menu is supplied by a cloud kitchen, so we chose to order through Swiggy when needed. We booked directly after seeing positive Google reviews, but our experience didn't match them. Maybe it just wasn't the right place for us, but it's worth checking the details before booking. We'd expected a serviced apartment with basic kitchen facilities, as the website described. It wasn't like serviced apartments such as Bombay House Company or similar places with appliances, cookware, and crockery. We specifically wanted to prepare our own food, and there was no way to cook here, which was a significant downside. At these prices, there are equally comfortable hotels in Chembur that may be better value if an apartment-style stay isn't important to you. We were surprised to find the property overbooked despite booking directly. First we got a Cozy Room. When we asked for the Urban Corner Room we'd booked, we were moved to another room that seemed non-functional and possibly used as a makeshift staff room. The linen was torn, and the sheets and covers clearly hadn't been changed. The intercom didn't work, the AC was in poor condition though it did function, and basic accessories came only after we asked repeatedly. There was no parking at all, something we overlooked when booking. The property is at a busy crossroads on a main Mumbai road, so traffic noise carries on during the day, late at night, and again early in the morning. We found that hard to manage.

Everything went smoothly during my stay at indie stay studios. My room was clean and tidy, and hygiene was kept up. The friendly, cooperative staff handled things on time, and the location was easy to get to. I was comfortable there and would choose to stay again.

The room and bathroom were spacious and really clean, with lots of natural light. Even though the place is right on the street, it was peaceful inside our room. Staff were friendly and courteous, and the location is great. We had breakfast there too, which was decent. Really loved our stay in Chembur, highly recommend it!
