The lack of basic facilities made this stay miserable. Our rooms were on the third floor with no lift, none of the geysers worked, and we were given only bedsheets, no blankets. The sheets and towels weren't replaced daily, and guests weren't allowed back in after 10:30 pm, even in an emergency. I stayed here in summer too, and the air conditioner barely worked; I had to call the manager several times to get it addressed. We booked four to five rooms from 03/12/25 to 05/12/25. I plan to file complaints with the customer grievance cell, the ministry of tourism, and local authorities at Siliguri. Future guests should think carefully before booking this lodge.

There are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, so finding food isn't an issue. The rooms were clean and the staff were good. It takes about 15 minutes by Toto to get to the station, since the hotel isn't close to it. A good place to stay.

If you need to stay near Bidhan Market, this is a nice option. The room was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The property is in a handy part of Siliguri, with the market and food places nearby. City autos and e-rickshaws connect it to Tenzing Norway Bus stand and NJP railway station, both about 10-15 minutes away at most. There is no lift, though, so anyone who finds stairs difficult should keep in mind that rooms are up to the second floor.

Right in the heart of the city, the location is great and the rooms are affordable. Breakfast comes included for every guest, and the food quality is great. Strongly recommend.
