I’ve stayed here twice now. The first visit went so well that I chose to come back, and both my earlier and recent stays have had very good service. The rooms are well maintained and offered at a very reasonable budget. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The price isn’t especially high, but other places in the same budget provide better service. My experience at Waves Hotel was average. The washrooms weren’t cleaned regularly, and there were open cracks in the walls. That’s my only complaint.

I paid 1300 for a one day stay and felt very comfortable. The staff were cooperative, and the food was really yummy and reasonably priced.

Restaurants and branded shops are within walking distance, and paras mall is only about five minutes away. The hotel has a very good location, plenty of parking, clean and well furnished rooms, and good food.

The room lights were broken, and there were spider webs in the room and around the bed corners. The bedsheet was filthy and torn. I can’t even describe the washroom, totally unhygienic. The walls were cracked too. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen, just yuck.
