The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and felt safe, with good safety measures in place. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and ready to help. The food and drinks were fresh and tasty, and the dining service went smoothly. It's a bit isolated, though, with little walkability and no nearby activities or attractions, so getting to most places requires transport. Still, a good option if you want a peaceful, comfortable stay.

The AC wasn't working, even though the listing said the rooms had AC. When I complained, nothing was done and I was told to use fans, despite being charged for an AC room. The hotel was mostly empty, but they still refused my request for a later checkout when my pickup was delayed. The desk manager was rude and full of attitude. The whole experience felt unfriendly and unethical. These rooms are only worth 800-1000/-. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We paid for a full day after arriving at midnight, but in the morning the staff kept telling us to check out. They wouldn't even give me the empty room to take an office call, saying a guest was coming, though nobody arrived before we left. They wouldn't allow even an extra 10 minutes. The staff were really rude, and Rakesh Thakur at reception was very unprofessional. A horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
10/10
The location was convenient, with local attractions easy to reach, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great experience, and the fresh, clean bedsheets made for a comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommend.

The city views from our spacious, well-kept room were lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and check-in at the front desk went well. Despite a small issue mentioned during the stay, we’d still recommend the hotel for its location and comfortable rooms.
