You can rely on the staff to make your stay welcoming and help with any questions quickly. The front desk manager was especially humble and professional, and the service team seemed very experienced in Food & Beverage. The bed was comfy, and the room had an air conditioner, ceiling fan, and television. The food was nicely presented and tasty. It’s near 17 sector ISBT in central Chandigarh, with grocery stores and medical supplies just a few metres away. They understand what guests need and give a warm farewell too. The room was average, though the location is good, with all kinds of cheap food stalls nearby. I bought a sealed 500 ml packet of verka milk and was charged RS 100 because 100 RS was pending on the hotel side. There were no fixed prices. Total loot. The facilities are like a 600-700 hotel, but the room costs 1500-1600 and they charge like a 5 Star hotel. Wahhh.

We had a very clean, spacious room, and we could open the windows to get a fresh breeze. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to meet any need we had. I’d recommend it to everyone.

We booked rooms for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. They let us bring food from outside and had a dining table set up in the gallery where we could eat. Usually hotels either don’t allow outside food or don’t provide a place to eat it openly, so that was handy.
