There wasn't even basic stuff like water or electricity, and the staff didn't know how to speak to customers. The most bakwaas hotel I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Mourya is in a decent part of the Sector 22 market area, and the rooms are small. It's on the 3rd storey with no lift, which is a drawback. Prices are on the high side, though the service and cleanliness were up to the mark.

There isn't much food choice since they get food from a nearby restaurant, though there's a market close by. The rooms are spacious, and staff will help carry luggage up. There's no elevator. Good enough for a transit stay.

Wowwwwwww! I'd tried 3-4 places in Chandigarh before Maurya, and this was the best. The ambience was neat and clean, staff were very courteous, and the food was tasty. Great value for money in this price band. Couldn't ask for better.

The staff are good, and even though there's no kitchen, you can call the hotel to order from its tie-up with nukkr dhaba and chawala menu. They bring the food over, so that's quite good. Call the hotel directly to book, don't go through kyo and goibio.
