Breakfast is limited to one item per order. The building is old, the door locks are broken, and the room has a strong damp smell with several patches of seepage. The foot mattress and bed mattress were extremely dirty, and the pillows were extremely unhygienic.

We were left paying twice after walking out of this hotel, and the money we'd paid online was wasted. I wouldn't recommend Treebo hotels to anyone after this. We had booked Treebo Trend Corporate Inn Hotel Chandigarh online because the reviews of the Treebo chain had impressed us. When we arrived in Chandigarh and saw the rooms, we were astonished. The place was awful, with a foul smell, no ventilation, and broken cups. We told the hotel manager we didn't want to stay and asked for our money back. He was rude and refused, so we checked out straight away. Then we called the Treebo helpline and explained everything to their executives, asking for part of our online payment back. They also refused, saying it wasn't their policy. We had to pay for another hotel too. I'm really disappointed that they attract customers with nice hotel photos. This has broken my faith in Treebo hotels.

The rooms smell musty, and it doesn't feel family-friendly. The bed covers and washrooms were unhygienic, and the place isn't worth the 3-star rating it claims. I'd say it isn't even worth one star.

Staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the place. It's neat and clean, and you can order breakfast and food. Alcoholic drinks are allowed at the Treebo.
