The front office and housekeeping team made my stay awesome. Everyone was cooperative, very sweet, and always ready to help. When I felt uncomfortable in my room, they offered me a good room in my category, which was a great gesture. Lots of appreciation for all their efforts, especially in room 418. Good job, guys, and do well in your careers.

The hall service was disorganized, with no prompt help and poor communication between staff. I had to look for someone, and even then they didn't know what service I was asking about. The buffet area wasn't clean, and a server was chewing pan masala while serving a newlywed couple. They also seemed unsure how or when to serve the food. I had booked rooms just recently too, and those were poorly cleaned, especially the toilets, where the water taps were broken. Room service was very slow. Think twice before booking the hotel or banquet hall.

I waited half an hour for a water bottle in the morning, then called reception again, and still got nothing. Dinner was disappointing too. During my two-day stay, the service was very poor and the room was in bad shape. The telephone didn't work; after it was replaced, the new one was broken as well and looked as if it had been left unused in storage for years. The coffee kettle was very dirty and unhygienic. The staff came across as unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

Even simple requests took ages, and the staff seemed unconcerned about guest comfort. My room had dirty sheets, broken fixtures, and a bad smell throughout. The service felt unprofessional. It was a horrible stay, more a test of patience than a hotel visit.
