The changing rooms and washrooms were clean, and there was live music, but I didn't find the water park affordable or especially enjoyable. There were only three pools and three or four slides. A two-hour ticket cost 400, with extra charges for costumes and lockers. The clock started as soon as we bought the ticket, so choosing a costume and getting changed took time out of our visit. Around 15 minutes had gone before we even reached the pools. After a storm the day before, dirt was spread across one pool. Staff first told us it would wash away and that we could get in, but I asked them to clean it. They did after a while, and we lost another 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Once the slides started, I could finally enjoy the pool. After two hours they asked us to leave, even though their delays had used up our time. They wouldn't let us stay, so we left. The other things about the place were good, but staff behavior and carelessness at work need to improve.

The rooms were clean, modern, and really well kept. Reception was friendly, and the staff were polite. The food was high quality too, it felt upscale. My gang got everything we expected from SS kingdom. Thanks, Team SS Kingdom. Highly recommended!

Dinner here was a letdown. The staff were rude, service took painfully long, and management didn't seem concerned about whether guests were happy. They also charged twice the usual price for cold drinks, which felt unreasonable and exploitative. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, hassle-free stay. There are better options for the same price.

Mr Saurabh Mate made our stay especially good. He handled what we needed, arranged local transport, and even packed tasty aloo parathas for brunch since we were leaving early. He was in the kitchen helping the staff get it ready, even though that wasn't part of his job. We also got unlimited waterpark use included. We hadn't booked ahead. Our plans changed at the last minute because the farm house we'd booked in Tadoba was dirty and below expectations. This place was clean, reasonably priced, and the service was exceptionally good. There was construction on a new wing nearby, which was the only downside I can think of, and I expect that was temporary.
