Very bad. The place was filthy, with used condoms and dusty beer bottles. I really wouldn't recommend it.

It's not suitable for families at all. There isn't a restaurant or lift, and the photos are nothing like the actual place. Cockroaches were in all the rooms, and paint was peeling from the walls. Don't rely on the older reviews or pictures, they seem to be from when the property was new.

I chose this hotel because it cost less than others nearby, but staying there was a nightmare. The rooms were neat, though the bedsheets hadn't been changed and the door locks didn't work. Service was awful, and the staff seemed ready to argue with customers. There's a pungent smell from the restaurant, so if you're looking for vegetarian food, this is the last place I'd choose. My sincere advice is to book somewhere else.

The main downside is that the restaurant has closed, though there are small nearby hotels serving tasty local food. The rooms are reasonably priced, with both A/C and non-A/C options and hot water, and the staff are cooperative with good service. It's a nice choice for a short stay. The hotel sits a little way inside, but is easy to reach from the main road and Charumoodu junction. In Charumoodu, it's well located for visitors to Anayadi temple, Poruvazhy perumthuruthi temple, Vetticode temple, and Sani deva temple.
